This privately-owned estate agency is looking to recruit a driven & professional individual to join the Lettings department in Summertown. This is a great opportunity to join a market leader in a varied role where you will be able to gain a well-rounded view of the industry.

Skills/attributes required:
• At least 6 months experience within residential lettings• Impeccable telephone manner and in person customer skills• Ability to use and understand CRM systems• Great communicator across departments and members of the public• Accuracy and attention to detail• Good local knowledge• Good MS Work, Excel and Outlook skills• Proactive• Team Player• Full UK clean driving licence.
The package for this role will include a basic, plus on target earnings of c. GBP30,000 to GBP35,000 depending on experience and performance.

The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5.30pm, Friday 9am to 3pm, and you will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays from 9am to 3pm. You will get a day back in lieu for working a Saturday.
