SalaryAn established independent agency dealing with an extensive portfolio of varied residential property in the Woking area is seeking a driven Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team. They pride themselves on their dynamic, professional approach, and are looking for a similarly minded ambitious individual wishing to develop a successful lettings career in a busy office environment.
The ideal candidate will have a least 6 months relevant experience, be hardworking and target driven, be self-motivated and professional. The ability to clearly communicate with a varied clientele both verbally and in writing is essential.

The Negotiator would be contracted to work every Saturday with a mid-weekday off every other week.
- Hours 8.30 - 6.30 Monday to Thursday
- 8.30 6.30 Friday
- Saturday 9.00- 5pm
- Onsite Parking
