Lettings Negotiator

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their property needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, providing exceptional customer service, and managing administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in sales or lettings is preferred. If you are passionate about real estate and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings with potential buyers and tenants.

Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords.

Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Assist with property valuations and market appraisals.

Manage property listings and advertising on various platforms.

Coordinate property inspections and maintenance requests.

Handle administrative tasks such as preparing contracts and managing documentation.

Experience:

Previous experience in sales or lettings is preferred.

Strong administrative and organisational skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary/Package:

Basic salary between GBP22,(Apply online only)-GBP27,(Apply online only) DOE + great commission structure.
