Responsibilities:
As a Lettings Negotiator at Your Company Name , you will be an integral part of our expanding team, contributing to the growth of our Build to Rent portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing Enquiries:
- Responding promptly to inquiries via phone and email.
- Providing comprehensive information on available properties.
- Booking Viewings:
- Efficiently scheduling and coordinating property viewings with prospective tenants.
- Diary Management:
- Organizing and managing your own diary for appointments.
- Collaborating with the team for joint viewings.
- Follow-Up and Communication:
- Conducting timely follow-up communication with potential tenants.
- Keeping landlords informed of potential candidates.
- Inspections and Reporting:
- Conducting property inspections to ensure quality standards.
- Producing detailed inspection reports for landlords.
- Sales-Driven Attitude:
- Approaching the role with a sales-driven mindset to maximize property lettings.
- Identifying opportunities and negotiating successful letting agreements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate or property management sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with the capability to manage tasks independently.
- Proven sales experience and a proactive attitude.
Location: This is a hybrid role, allowing flexibility between remote work and on-site activities in Manchester.
