Location: Middlesbrough / Yarm, North Yorkshire

Salary: £21k - £23k + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Monday-Friday

The Client:

Our client is a well-established estate agency, specialising in sales, lettings, and property management.

The Role:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be managing databases, arranging viewings, and posting properties for marketing.

Responsibilities:

- Handle online and phone enquiries promptly.
- Conduct tenant reference checks and contracts.
- Manage student check-ins/check-outs and deposits.
- Liaise between landlords, tenants, and guarantors.
- Build trust with clients, oversee repairs, and maintenance.
- Utilise social media for outreach and contribute to marketing efforts.

Requirements:

- Previously worked as a Lettings Negotiator or in a similar role.
- Minimum 1 year of lettings negotiation and sales experience.
- GCSE or equivalent qualification.
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM system would be preferred.
- Valid driving licence.
