This is a great opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join a highly regarded and busy lettings agency with a significant presence in the Surbiton area. This company is known for their long standing relationships with local landlords and residents giving them an exceptional portfolio of high quality properties to let.
What we are looking for:
- Candidates ideally will have good experience of letting residential properties in a similar area
- You should be keen to take an interest in lettings regulations and to adhere to all the latest property legislation
- Someone who is motivated and keen to provide an exceptional customer journey from first contact through to successful property rental
- Excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner
- Candidates must have a UK driving licence and you will need your own car - there is a good car allowance
- Local knowledge of Surbiton and the surrounding area would be an advantage but is not essential
- You must live within easy driving distance of Surbiton
