Our client an award winning, independent Estate Agency are looking for an ambitious candidate for their busy office in Kew. Dealing in Sales, Lettings, New Homes and Property Management, they pride themselves on their local knowledge advising homeowners on buying and letting in the local area. They are fully committed to excellence at all levels while still maintaining a family-friendly atmosphere, an approach that is transparent, professional and thorough.The ideal candidate could have 6 months + experience, or be someone looking for your first role in the property industry. You must be very well spoken and presented, hard working and used to working to targets and deadlines. A strong customer service background is also needed.You will be valued and developed and enjoy some of the best rewards in the property industry.You must hold a full UK driving licence, and own your own car.Salary package and benefits of the Lettings Negotiator role include:
- Basic GBP18,000 to GBP22,000 depending on experience
- OTE GBP28,000 to GBP35,000
- Petrol allowance

- Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm Friday 9am to 5.30pm every other Saturday 9am to 1pm

Skills and experience needed for the role of Lettings Negotiator will include:
- 6 months + Lettings experience or a passion and desire to learn
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
- A strong customer focus
- Target driven
- Self motivation with a 'can do' attitude
- High accuracy and an attention to detail
- Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills
- Must hold full UK driving licence and own your own car
The role of the Lettings Negotiator includes:
- Ability to identify appropriate properties for clients and vice/versa
- Registering applicants
- Conducting viewings
- Negotiating and closing deals(assistance from Managers initially)
- Listing properties
- Liaising with clients, landlords and tenants
