Salary: OTE : £30k

Position: Full Time

A traditional, long-established Estate & Lettings Agency is looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their professional team.  Long term career progression and earning potential exists for the successful candidate.

You will need have a great track record as a residential Lettings Negotiator as well as sensational customer service skills: You will need to be determined, practical and have a real passion for property.

Skills: The skills required for thisLettings Negotiatorrole will include:

• Previous residential lettings experience essential
• ARLA qualified would be a distinct advantage
• Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
• High level of customer service skills
• Great telephone manner and positive attitude
• Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of local area helpful
• Full UK Driving License essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Lettings
