This is an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join a lettings agency that manages a portfolio of high quality properties in the Guildford area. This company is known for their long standing relationships with local landlords and residents giving them an exceptional portfolio of high quality properties to let.
What we are looking for:
- Candidates should have good experience of letting residential properties in a similar area
- You should be keen to take an interest in lettings regulations and to adhere to all the latest property legislation
- Someone who is motivated and able to provide an exceptional customer journey from first contact through to successful property rental
- Excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner
- Candidates must have a UK driving licence and you will need your own car – there is a good car allowance
- Local knowledge of the Guildford area would be an advantage but is not essential
- You must live within easy driving distance of Guildford
