Salary £22,500 - £25,000, OTE up to £40,000 (Depending on experience)

Driver with full UK licence

Our client is looking for a letting’s negotiator with a minimum of 18 months experience to join their friendly and motivated team, you will be based in vibrant, upmarket offices between the areas of Brentwood and Hornchurch. This highly regarded estate agency pride themselves on 5-star reviews and client relationships. Your role will involve:

• To identify & follow up on new leads/business generation.
• Carrying out viewings at various rental properties
• Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
• Helping build up our lettings brand and continually creating new business.

About you:

• Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
• Experience generating new business.
• Strong administration skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and good general IT skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a professional and friendly customer service.
• Knowledge of lettings, landlord and tenant laws would be an advantage.
• Full clean UK driving licence & own vehicle.
