SalaryOur Client is looking for a motivated and driven Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Croydon.
The successful candidates will have the opportunity to earn OTE 40,000 or more, depending on their performance.
Requirements:
3-6 months experience in lettings
ARLA qualification (Our Client will pay for this if you dont have it)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of properties
Conducting viewings and negotiating deals with landlords and tenants
Providing excellent customer service to clients
Working towards and achieving sales targets
