Salary: OTE £30k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A dynamic, established Estate & Lettings Agency are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their professional estate team where long-term career progression and earning potential exists for the successful candidate.

Skills: The skills required for thisLettings Negotiator/ Junior Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:

• Residential lettings experience preferred
• Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
• High level of customer service skills
• Great telephone manner and positive attitude
• Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Guildford and surrounding area helpful
• Full UK Driving License and own car essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
