LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR / LISTER– Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Battle, TN33

Salary: OTE £35k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an amazing opportunity for a keen, enthusiastic and experienced Lettings Negotiator / Lister to join a leading, local Lettings Agent with offices in the Battle area.

You will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for letting residential property.

The perfect candidate will have a proven record of success within the estate agency sector and will have experience of carrying out valuations and winning instructions.

In addition, you will be passionate about delivering a superior service in an environment where you will be rewarded for your skill, ability and teamwork.

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator / Lister (Residential Lettings) role will include:

• Previous residential lettings experience essential
• Listing / Valuations experience
• Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
• High level of customer service skills
• Great telephone manner and positive attitude
• Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Tunbridge Wells area helpful
• Full driving license and own car essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Lettings
• A desire to succeed!
