LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR / PROPERTY COORDINATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Salary: OTE £35k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A highly successful, forward thinking Estate Agency group are looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator / Property Coordinator to join their lettings team.
Previous experience in Property Management & Residential Lettings is essential because you will need to hit the ground running, so a sound knowledge of residential lettings legislation and procedures is essential!
You will have a natural diplomacy and will be decisive when faced with difficult problems; you will also need to be highly organised and be able to prioritise your workload as you will be managing the residential property portfolio.
Most importantly, you will need to maintain the first-class customer service to Landlords and Tenants that the company prides itself on.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, articulate Individualwith the right attitude and work ethic who is keen to develop their property management & lettings negotiation skills.
Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator /Property Manager (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Previous Property Management experience
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of the local area
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task
- Full UK driving license
