Lettings Valuer - Basingstoke

Our client, a well-established Estate agent is looking for an experienced Lettings Valuer to join their expanding team based in Basingstoke. 

This is a great opportunity to join a market-leading agent. 

Working hours: 

• Monday to Friday 
• Every other Saturday 

Our clients are offering the successful Lettings Valuer: 

• £29,700 basic 
• £50,000 OTE 
• Career Progression 
• A paid day off for your birthday
• Business Mileage paid for

Lettings Valuer requirements: 

• Previous Lettings experience 
• Full UK driver’s license 
• Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement 
• Be able to work effectively managing a team 
• Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times 
• Display high standards of service and presentation 
• Have good organisational skills 
• Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth 

Duties of a Lettings Valuer will include, but will not be limited to: 

• Assist the manager in developing the largest dominant market share for on-market and under offer properties
• Personally, achieving high levels of proactive calls and Client Visits
• Responsibility for high conversion levels of Client Visits to full service sole agency Instructions
• Responsibility for High Quality marketing to include photographs, descriptions and web marketing
• Responsibility for achieving high sell through rate of personal and branch instructions
• Responsible for generating excellent client feedback and the generation of client testimonials and case studies
