This is genuinely an exciting and rare opportunity to join this leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who are one of the leading agents in the area. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Valuer who will have the get up and go and motivation to really drive the business forward in generating new landlord business, carrying out valuations and winning the business!
Main Duties for the Lettings Valuer Role:
- Presenting for new business on valuation appointments
- Take on appointments
- Marketing properties via their CRM system
- Remarket valuation appointments and liaising with Landlords
- Desktop valuations
- Working referrals and leads
- Seeking out and generating new business
Skills Required:
- Experience working in a residential lettings business in a valuer role
- A proven track record in that role
- A sound professional knowledge of lettings legislation, especially compliance
- Be enthusiastic, energetic, professional, 'hungry’ for business, and a genuine 'people person’
- Ability to work as part of a team with a 'can do’ attitude, plugging the gaps when necessary.
- Full UK Licence and Car
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday and one in three Saturdays 19am - 2pm
