Lev Engineer

Job Title: LEV Engineer.
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £25k - £50k + Training + Benefits
Our client is a an industry leading LEV / Clean Air company with a national presence. They are recruiting in the Yorkshire / Midlands region for a BOHS P601 qualified LEV Engineer. You will be carrying out LEV testing on duct and fume extraction services across Healthcare, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Food and Beverage sites, ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 258 / COSHH guidelines. You will also be responsible for carrying out fault finding on site, providing excellent technical advice and support to clients.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Bradford, Keighley, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Barnsley, Scunthorpe, Rotherham, Sheffield, Chesterfield, Matlock, Worksop, Mansfield, Nottingham, Beeston, Derby, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Corby, Market Harborough, Coalville, Lichfield, Tamworth, Burton upon Trent, Stoke-on-Trent.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Will hold the BOHS P601 qualification.
" Will have extensive experience working as an engineer for an established LEV company.
" Exceptional knowledge of relevant COSHH and HSG 258 guidelines.
" Will always be professional and polite with colleagues and clients.
" Excellent IT skills.
The Role:
" Attending a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out LEV testing on dust and fume extraction systems.
" DOP testing.
" Attending to site and carrying out fault finding, ensuring any issues found are dealt with in a timely manner.
" Undertaking fan / filter changing.
" Working in line with HSG 258 and COSHH guidelines.
" Carrying out site visits, providing clients with excellent technical advice on findings on site and further work to be carried out.
" Providing clients with site specific reports based on site findings.
