Edgewood Primary School is looking to appoint a highly skilled Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team.
This role will be working with children with special educational needs and supporting in our Key Stage One specialist provision.
The successful candidate will be:
Qualified as a Teaching Assistant
Enthusiastic
Proactive
Able to demonstrate they can think on their feet to solve problems
Able to keep the provision running effectively and meeting the needs of these children
Be committed to inclusion of the children they work with
Able to communicate well with children, parents and staff
Able to maintain a positive outlook and cheerful personality
Adapt planned curriculum to meet needs
The successful candidate should have a clear understanding of supporting children with a range of special educational needs.
