Position:Level 3 Childcare Practitioner
Location: Scarborough
Hours: Full-time role, across 4 or 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a stimulating and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5 years, fostering their development and well-being.
- Plan and implement engaging and innovative activities that promote learning through play, music, dance, and art.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the childcare program, bringing new opportunities for children to learn and grow.
- Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and achievements.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential).
- Passionate about childcare and committed to providing a high standard of care and education.
- Strong creativity and enthusiasm for singing, dancing, and creating art activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team and with children and parents.
- Willingness to continuously develop professionally and contribute to the team's growth and success.
