Liverpool FC Women’s Commercial Growth & Development Manager We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC’s commercial team as Growth & Development Manager for Liverpool FC Women (LFCW).  The role will be responsible for managing the delivery of an ambitious Commercial Growth strategy for LFCW, with a particular focus on matchday attendance and revenue. This role will work with stakeholders across the club, coordinating a collective effort to transform the LFCW commercial programme.   What will you be doing? Devise and implement a strategy to deliver sustainable growth in matchday attendances for LFCW Work collaboratively with club departments to develop a growth strategy for LFCW matchday attendanceDevelop tailored approaches for matches played at Anfield, St Helens and away matchesCoordinate and manage the implementation of this strategy, working closely with colleagues around the club to grow attendances and constantly improve the match-going experience for fans Manage the delivery of the LFCW growth and engagement strategySupport the Commercial Growth & Development team, LFCW’s Managing Director, department VPs and other colleagues around the club to develop a comprehensive growth and engagement strategy for LFCWCo-manage and co-own the season by season and wider five year growth and engagement operational budgets and plans to ensure all opportunities are capitalised onWork with social media team colleagues and players to help facilitate and deliver positive engagement figures on social platforms month on month  Enhance relationship with LFCW supporters and other key stakeholdersBuild on and enhance existing relations with LFCW supporters groups and the club’s supporters boardWork with the club’s Supporter Liaison Officer and matchday experience team to ensure the work in this space is recognised by satisfaction tables, FA fan experience research, club commissioned research etcWork with WSL broadcasters, LFCW media, mainstream media, fan media, the FA, club departments and others to ensure access is delivered and all media promotional opportunities are thoroughly assessed and capitalised on Support wider commercial and operational projectsServe as a subject matter expert in women’s football and contribute to wider projects where this expertise is required Who are we looking for? As our candidate you will display the following skills, experience and knowledge: Sports / entertainment professional who can demonstrate your work in the growth and engagement landscapeYou will be able to demonstrate a track record of successful football / sport / entertainment leadership, budget management, growing a fan base and have a natural ability to influence others to champion support for your workProven track record working in a sport/football/entertainment environment Demonstrable track record in working with and building strong relationships with senior stakeholdersExperience of transformation and change managementExperience of managing budgets and working with others to ensure there is budget alignment Alignment to Club values and ability to evidence operational approach against those during complex/challenging situationsAbility to influence and persuade to gain support from others and buy in for ideas to support LFCW – internally and externallySound judgement and ability to evidence a “critical thinking” approach to problem solving  Why should you apply? This is a full-time 12 Month Fixed term role working 37 hours per week. Your main base will be our office in Chapel Street, Liverpool which is close to local bars, shops and restaurants and has great views over the river Mersey.  To reward your hard work and commitment we offer a competitive salary, 25 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays and the option to purchase up to an additional 5 days) and a contributory pension scheme. You will have access to our benefits kit bag where you can get high street discounts, and a selection of benefit schemes you can join. There are opportunities to get involved with volunteering through our LFC Foundation to give back to the local community. At Liverpool Football Club, we have an unwavering commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion and are always looking to making a positive difference in the communities that we operate within. We are proud of our achievements in this area; maintaining the Premier League Equality Standard Advanced Level, becoming a founding signatory of the Football Association’s Football Leadership Diversity Code and being recognised as a leader in this important area on and off the pitch. We take our responsibilities in this area seriously and through the work being done across the club, we are committed to increasing the diversity of our people and becoming an increasingly inclusive workplace for all.
