LGV Drivers – Class 1
We currently have opportunities for Full-time Multi-Drop Drivers (48 hours per week, working 5/6 out of 7 days) to join our team operating from our depot in Dundee. CJ Lang drivers are ambassadors for our 100-year-old family business, delivering products on our multi-temperature fleet to over 300 SPAR convenience stores throughout Scotland.
About the role…
- Safely drive our current fleet of vehicles consisting of rigid, with drawbar trailers and articulated.
- Deliver customer orders, including stock-cages into store.
- Maintain product temperatures.
- Checks vehicles to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with DVSA.
- Comply with Health and Safety and all other related legislation.
About you…
- You will have an excellent understanding of driving legislation including Working Time Directives.
- You should hold a full C+E licence, Driver CPC qualification and have no more than 3 penalty points on your driving licence.
- You will be customer focused and have excellent communication skills.
