An exciting opportunity exists for a Learning Resources Centre Assistant to join our school with immediate effect.

The successful candidate will support the after school provision within the Learning Resources Centre by assisting and supervising those pupils who use this learning environment at the end of the school day. The successful candidate should have a passion for reading and learning, and for sharing that knowledge with others. Experience in a school or library setting would be highly desirable. The role requires a confident individual with good interpersonal and behaviour management skills, and an ability to work constructively as part of a small team. General knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft packages are essential.

This post is permanent, part time and term time only (excluding INSET) working 11.25 hours per week, from 3.45 pm to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. This position is a permanent position to start as soon as possible. Hours of work are 11.25 hours per week, term time only.
