We are looking to recruit a part-time Library Attendant to work at the Pontypridd campus. The hours of work will be:


Monday


09:00-13:00


Tuesday


09:00-13:00


Wednesday


12:30-16:30


Thursday


09:00-13:00


Friday


12:30-16:30


Library Services provides a wide range of high-quality library and information services to USW students, academics, and researchers.


The Library Attendant vacancy is in the Library Collections Team, which supports on campus services to library users.


We seek to appoint a professional, friendly, and helpful candidate to support our library users as part of a frontline team, which delivers excellent customer service.


Duties will be varied but will include face-to-face support, manual and PC based tasks, all of which contribute to service delivery. A desire to work with customers and a commitment to excellent customer service is essential.


This is an on-campus role where home working will not be possible.
