Form of workA prestigious legal firm based in Caldicot are looking for Licensed Conveyancer to join their growing Residential Property Department and to collaborate directly with an equity partner. A successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience, either as a qualified solicitor or a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx).
In this role, the successful candidate will benefit from a close working relationship with an equity partner, giving the opportunity to enhance professional growth, offering mentorship and the chance to contribute significantly to complex caseloads.
To be considered for this position, candidates must demonstrate:
- A current practicing certificate as a solicitor or CILEx fellowship.
- A minimum of 5 years PQE in conveyancing.
- A proven aptitude for business development and client relationship management.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
