Our client is a well-established, multi-discipline firm that prides itself on providing tailored services to its clients and consistently maintaining a high standard. They have a growing reputation for providing expert legal services and are currently looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer to join their property team.

Duties

• Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, lease extensions, re-mortgages, shared ownership, right to buy and help to buy schemes, from inception to completion
• Supporting the business in achieving the expected targets in the given timescales
  
  • Be a knowledge base for any conveyancing questions

You

• You must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience running a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Experience conducting title checks and raising enquiries
• Excellent organisational skills
• Up to date conveyancing knowledge
• Ability to adhere to and manage deadlines
• Strong IT skills

• Annual salary up to £45,000
• Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
