Licensing Solicitor (Pub Industry) - Hybrid - London/Nottingham Nottingham or London Our client, a dynamic and well-established law firm specializing in licensing matters, is seeking a skilled Licensing Solicitor with a focus on the Pub Industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented legal professional to join a thriving practice and contribute to the firm's success. Responsibilities: * Conducting thorough legal research and providing expert advice on licensing issues within the pub sector. * Assisting clients in obtaining and renewing licenses, including premises licenses and personal licenses. * Representing clients in licensing hearings and appeals, demonstrating strong advocacy skills. * Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to licensing, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. * Advising clients on compliance matters and best practices in the context of licensing laws. * Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of client needs.
