Life Insurance Administrator / Life Insurance Case Manager

A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Life Insurance Case Manager / Life Insurance Administrator to work for an award winning financial services provider based in The City of London.

You will be responsible for supporting a highly successful team of Protection Brokers, providing end to end support in areas such as Life Insurance, ASU and Critical Illness.

The successful candidate must have good knowledge of the protection industry, be highly organised, take responsibility and control of situations. You will be responsible for the end to end administration of cases, liaising with product providers, solicitors etc.

Candidates from a mortgage administration background that have experience of administering protection cases will be considered.

Experience required:

• Minimum 12 months experience within protection insurance (Life Insurance, ASU, Critical Illness, Income Protection)
• Highly organised
• Ability to take control of situations.
• Team player
• Professional telephone manner
• Comfortable dealing with a wide variety of clients - including UHNW.
• Ability to work with a high volume of protection cases.

Salary - £28 - 32K Basic + Bonus + Benefits
