Are you working in Life Insurance and Protection Sales and looking for the ideal employer? We are closely partnered with a Trustpilot 5* rated broker with over 2000 reviews. They have doubled in size in over 12 months, and they have just moved into a larger swankier office next to their existing home in South Manchester. They are looking for Protection Advisors to join their successful Life Insurance department, where you will advise on protection products including ; Life Insurance, income protection and critical illness cover.
I know you've likely been promised a great package previously, they can likely better what you're on and provide a great platform of leads and back-office support. With incredibly low clawbacks due to their aftercare team - who ensure you're not constantly losing out on bonus.
The role as a Life Insurance Advisor
* Speaking to warm leads to effectively advise on Life Insurance, income protection and critical illness cover.
* Source the best possible cover across the market, using leading Insurers who will underwrite the cover.
* Ensuring sales are conducted in a compliant manner, with back office support provided so you can focus on advising.
The package as a Life Insurance Advisor
* £35,000 basic with 10% monthly bonus (average advisors billing a minimum of £30,000-£40,000 per month)
* Circa £85,000 OTE for an experienced advisor, once profit share bonus is factored in.
* Yearly paid annual trip for all staff members, including the admin team. (they've just got back from Dublin)
* Never work past 7pm on Monday/Tuesday, 6pm Wednesday & Thursday and 1pm Finish on a Friday! What they are looking for
* Product knowledge across Protection products including Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Income Protection * An individual who wants to play a huge part in company growth
* Someone happy to work in their relaxed, modern and cool offices. (dress down every day)
