Huntswood is looking for experienced Complaint Handler with Life Insurance experience to join an exciting project for a leading insurance company. If you have an extensive complaints experience, have worked with Life Insurance products, and have written financial response letters, then we have a great role for you.
Start Date: ASAP
Day Rate: £190 a day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Location: Working from home
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm

What Huntswood is looking for:
- At least 6 months experience resolving insurance claims complaints
- An understanding of Life Insurance as a product would be desirable
- An understanding of the insurance regulations
- Experience composing bespoke final response letters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to navigate numerous systems at one time
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
As a Life Insurance Complaint Handler you will be handling a range of different type of complaints within the Life Insurance department. The complaints will range from simple servicing complaints to more complex claims complaints.
