Are you a Lift Engineer or someone with management experience within the lift industry, that is looking to be trained into a management role, that offers the industry's best Training Into the position, with the idea of you to become a go-to technical expert within your field, in addition to having a clear scope of further progression to senior level management roles?
On offer is a highly autonomous role, working on industry leading lift equipment where you will exposed to complex and bespoke products to ensure you become an all-rounded expert in your field, on top of working a days based role with no calls outs or weekend work.
This company are an industry leading lifting business with around 500 employees. They are going through a period of exponential growth so they are looking to expand their workforce. They have built up a fantastic reputation for the work they complete and how they treat their staff.
On offer is a role where you will have unlimited optional paid overtime so you can significantly increase your earnings, alongside having company profit share schemes. On top of this there is plenty of training and progression available.
This role would suit a Lift Engineer or someone with management experience within the Lift industry, that is looking to take the next step into a role where you will be able to step up to a Lift Engineering supervisor, either off the tools or you can stay on the tools, in addition to having unlimited overtime, all whilst being able to maintain a great work-life balance as there I no stay aways, weekend work or call outs.
The Role:
*Repairs on lifts and elevators
*Clear progression to Supervisor
*Monday - Friday 8 - 5, no call outs or weekend work
The Candidate:
*Lift Engineering experience
*NVQ qualified in Engineering
*Based near Wimborne
