SalaryMadisons Recruitment are looking for a Motivated Lift Service & Breakdown Engineer on a permanent basis to cover Reading, Oxford and Northampton area with a minimum of NVQ Level 3 Qualification.
Being at the sharp end of the organisation, you will be expected to exceed their clients high standards to maintain and enhance their reputation with their clients. Engineers have the flexibility to manage their service routes on a daily basis in line with the business requirements. Being part of this collaborative engineering team you will need to establish relationships through positive communication amongst all departments and customers.
Responsibilities
- Complete all lift maintenance and service routes to a standard that exceeds client expectations.
- Provide first class customer service to all clients
- Respond and promptly attend reactive breakdowns aiming to resolve the first time
- Document and reprt works completed.
- Liase with service team to update them on the status of jobs and to report any relevant faults/furhter works
- Imlpement and comply with any Health & Safety/Safeguarding procedures on site
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent
- Fulll UK Driving License
- Prior experience in Lift Servicing
- minimum of 1 year(s) experience in the relevant field
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Flexible attitude and enthusiasm for your work
- Great communications skills and able to work as part of a team
- High personal standards
- A can-do attitude
