LINE CHEF / GRILL CHEF

We are a busy independent American diner located on Brighton Seafront and are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic individual to join our team.

You will be working as part of the kitchen team, supporting the head and sous chef. Responsibilities will include line cooking, food preparation and ensuring HACCAP is followed.

To become a member of our team you will have:

• high standards of personal hygiene
• the ability to remain calm under pressure
• an awareness of health and safety issues
• the ability to work on your own and as part of a team

We are a friendly professional team who all work hard and help each other out so a team player is essential. This is a full day time position including weekends with 2 days off during the week.
