We are pleased to be helping with the recruitment for an experienced Sales Valuer & Lister for their South Liverpool based branch.
The role
- Responsible for developing and generating valuation leads.
- Conducting market appraisals and successfully converting these to sales listings.
- Working to Targets
The Candidate
- A focus on generating new and repeat business and winning new property listings.
- Booking and completing of property valuations with new clients
- Canvassing, touting, door knocking and leaflet dropping the local area.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Confident, professional, and well presented.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic and highly driven
- Ability to hit targets and manage own workload.
- Communicate with current and prospective clients.
- Confident in working on own initiative and under direction.
