We have an opportunity for a specialist Learning Support Assistant to join our specialist team to support students with literacy difficulties. You will have experience in an educational setting and be confident working with students in whole classes, small groups or 1:1. You will be able to use designated interventions, following appropriate training, and report on student progress towards their targets.
We have a caring, supportive staff and we expect everyone to commit to our values of ‘Growth Progress Success’ for all our stakeholders. You will also be willing to participate in a range of student support activities and enjoy the varied, unpredictability of life in a busy school environment.
The school community is ethnically and culturally diverse and the school’s broad curriculum and high quality delivery leads to excellent outcomes across a range of areas. All staff are provided with training and there are professional development opportunities available.
