SalaryOne of the UK's largest and well-known legal practice are opening new offices in Leeds. There are a number of vacancies for experienced Credit Hire Paralegals/file handlers who have worked on claims valued up to £25,000.
Candidates can expect to be responsible for handling a caseload of Credit Hire/personal injury matters and so will need to have full working knowledge of handling Road Traffic Accident claims from conclusion until final hearing as and where necessary. More specifically, when it comes to litigation, the role will involve but will not be limited to:
* Drafting defences
* Completing direction questionnaires
* Dealing with disclosure and exchange of evidence
* Completing pre-trial checklists
* Instructing Counsel
* Drafting CPR Part 18 questions
* Drafting CPR Part 35 questions
* Drafting Counter schedules
Based on experience, my client is willing to pay anywhere between £23,000 - £30,000 based on the level of experience candidates can bring to the role. My client has very favourable remote working arrangements and for the right candidate could accommodate 1 day per week in the office.
