Litigation Lawyer

Job Description

The successful candidate will be involved in a range of interesting and complex matters including personal injury, disease claims, asbestos related claims, noise induced hearing loss, upper limb disorders, and exposure to hazardous chemicals.

The team is open to candidates at NQ level and upwards with experience in personal injury (defence), motor, counter fraud and EL/PL. Previous experience of Sheriff Court advocacy and Court of Session cases is desirable, as well as handling sensitive and complex cases such as historic abuse claims.
