Our client is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with experience in preparing trial bundles to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in litigation support, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. This role is integral to our client's trial preparation process and requires a detail-oriented professional who is adept at managing complex information and documents.

• Assist in the preparation and management of trial bundles, ensuring all documents are organised, paginated, and indexed accurately.
• Provide support during all phases of litigation including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial activities.
• Coordinate with attorneys, witnesses, and external vendors to compile trial materials.
• Maintain and update databases and tracking systems for all case documents.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents as required.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
• Assist with the filing of court documents and ensure compliance with legal procedures.

• Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal, specifically with trial bundle preparation.
• Strong understanding of litigation processes and legal terminology.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in the use of legal database software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A paralegal certificate, LPC, or equivalent legal qualification is preferred.
