Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Secretary to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to solicitors in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Duties:
- File management including opening and filing of both electronic and paper files;
- Preparation of correspondence, audio typing. scanning and photocopying etc;
- Preparation of court documents, briefs and pleadings;
- General office duties including dealing with post, telephone calls, messages and diary entry;
- Any other duties required to maintain the efficient running of a busy legal practice.
Experience:
- Competent in a Legal Case Management system and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Digital audio typing;
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Prior experience essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
