This well-established North East based firm is looking for a Litigation Solicitor to join the Newcastle office. The ideal Solicitor will be up to 3 years' PQE and have relevant experience.
You, the Litigation Solicitor, will work on the following areas:
- Contractual disputes and resolutions
- Professional Negligence
- Property Litigation
- Defamation
- Intellectual Property
- Commercial Property disputes
- CTAP disputes
- Agricultural and Rural disputes
- Commercial Litigation
As the successful Litigation Solicitor, you will have experience dealing with a wide range of litigation matters. The Solicitor will be able to balance the demands of clients/caseload and non-casework responsibilities.
