Live Chat Agent . £25-£30k per annum. West London.
You are a relationship builder, confident and at ease dealing with customers, ideally with some experience of operating an online chat platform this could be in healthcare, veterinary or any other industry.
This isn’t essential, what is though is you are a kind compassionate person who is genuinely interested in helping people.
Under appreciated and disillusioned in your current role and working for a faceless organisation. With staff shortages, you are working longer hours with shorter breaks, sound familiar? This isn’t what you signed up for.

A brand new, innovative vet practice is opening two branches in early 2024 and they are looking to recruit Live Chat Agents to join the team. They are redesigning the entire veterinary experience making access to care seamless, joyful and every day.
Combining modern elegance with first class pet care they are redefining the veterinary experience and building the vet group of the future.
An animal lover, you will engage with pet owners via their online chat platform to address inquiries related to appointments, services, medications, and general pet care.
You will provide knowledgeable and empathetic responses to client questions and concerns, demonstrating a genuine commitment to the well-being of their pets.
This is a new role, evolving all the time, a role where you can help shape, influence and create something that best reflects their commitment to the patient and practice.
Its 40 hours a week here, there will be the odd Saturday but as this is a new role the exact hours are TBC. When fully up to speed working Sat can be from home.
So, what’s in for you? As you are fundamental to the success of the practice, they need to reward you appropriately. Up to £30K per annum, 25 days holiday, pension and discounted vet bills should take care of that.
Located in a leafy part of London with great facilities nearby, lovely high street, coffee shops, museums, local tube station and within a short walk to Regents Park.
