Job Summary:
NEW!! We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or Livechat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and promotions
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Enter customer data and update account information in the system
- Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer support or similar role preferred
- - Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
