ABOUT THE ROLE
I am a 37 year old lady with complex health needs, living in my own home. I am an animal lover and share my home with my pets including my service dog, 2 cats and 2 tortoises. I enjoy spending time in the community and regularly attend an art group and enjoy going out for food and to the cinema. When I am at home, I enjoy spending time with my pets and also watching TV.
I can communicate well and have a good awareness of my complex needs and the support that I require.
I am a full-time wheelchair user and will require support to access the community.
ABOUT YOU
I am looking for an experienced individual with a caring nature who will respect my home and support me to live an active life.
Due to the nature of the role and the requirement for support with all aspects of my personal care I will require a female personal assistant. The successful candidate will also be required to provide support with my continence care needs, medication administration, food preparation, household duties and laundry
Car drivers with a full, clean driving license are essential, and candidates must meet the requirements for motor insurance purposes.
