The Role
As a Live-In Care Professional, you will be supporting clients with home help, companionship, and assistance with bathing and dressing in their own homes. You will join a team of highly-skilled live-in care professionals who are dedicated to their clients.
Many of our live-in care clients are able-bodied, and their expectation from live-in care is to enhance the quality of their lives. It is important that you are dedicated and can look for ways to engage daily, whether that's venturing to a garden centre, cooking together, or simply doing crossword puzzles.
Driving skills are invaluable as they enable you to take your clients out for outings and appointments. We also have a company car that can be used for outings, but you need to have a valid driving license to be able to drive it. So if you are a driver, please highlight this in your application as it will be a real bonus.

- Provide companionship and emotional support to the elderly.
- Assist with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide medication reminders and assistance with taking medications.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
- Help with meal preparation and clean up.
- Monitor the safety of the elderly person in the home.
- Assist with errands and transportation needs.
What we are looking for from you:
- You have experience with live-in care, ideally including dementia care
- You are patient and understanding with a calm and friendly approach
- You have a genuine, kind, patient, compassionate, caring nature
