We have a lovely position for an experienced Couple to take care of a beautiful 7 bedroom Manor Home and Garden in Wiltshire. The large garden consists of 10 acres and includes formal beds, a vegetable garden and a walled garden.
The family include 3 boys who are 12, 15 & 17 years old. The eldest two are at Boarding School. They also have 3 dogs (Labrador, Spaniel & Terrier).
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Formal and informal gardening
- Upkeep of the grounds and surrounding areas
- Swimming pool maintenance
- Use of garden machinery
- Pest control
- Maintaining flowers beds and a vegetable garden
- Liaising with contractors
- Handyman duties would be a bonus (basic DIY and repairs etc)
- Keeping the house clean and tidy
- Shopping and running errands
- Occasionally helping to look after the youngest
- House and pet sitting duties
This stunning garden requires a competent and experienced Gardener who is energetic. The ideal Couple would be kind, gentle, easy going and good communicators.
Start date: February / March
Working week: Monday to Friday: 8am – 4/5pm
Accommodation: 3 bedroom self-contained maisonette with a balcony. Pets and dependents would be considered. Utility bills will be included except from Wi-Fi, landline or sky.
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 gross per annum, dependant on experience
Driving: at least one must be able to drive
