Job Summary: A fantastic opportunity for an allrounder housekeeper just hit the books at Eden. This is one of those jobs where you will thrive in a busy household keeping everything running smoothly. The family are great employers and have had excellent longevity with their staff their nanny was with them for 11 years. They are a happy laid-back family with 4 children.
The parents work a mix of home and office. Due to the location a driver is required.
General duties:
- All cleaning and housekeeping duties for the 6-bedroom home
- Make the beds, change the linens as required.
- Laundry, ironing and wardrobe management
- Cooking some meals for the family (the parents like to cook so this will not be all the time)
- Running local errands, helping with driving the children on occasion
- Babysitting on occasion
- Dealing with deliveries or trades people
Candidate requirements:
- Experience working in a similar position is essential.
- Professional and discreet
- Organised with good time management skills.
- An eye for detail
- Child friendly, although no childcare duties are required (apart from babysitting on occasion)
- Dog friendly- 3 large dogs.
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Basic garden help
- Confident driver
Salary: up to £40,000 gross per annum depending on your experience
Accommodation: Self contained studio apartment on the grounds (pets considered)
DBS check required at offer stage.
