A new client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for a fun, energetic and proactive Nanny to look after their two children aged 8 and 5 years old. Dad works full time at the office and mum works from home two to three days a week. Nanny needs to be organised and comfortable to work alongside mum, who is hands-on. This is mainly a sole charge job but there is an element of shared care. Mom and dad want the nanny to become part of the family.
Duties:
- Getting up and ready for breakfast
- School runs and taking the children to afterschool activities
- Helping the children become organised and tidy individuals by leading from example
- Helping with homework
- Cooking for the children, although mum likes to do it too
- Standard nursery duties and general help around the house (the family has a cleaner for the deep cleaning)
Specifications:
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 7am – 7pm with a break in the day during term-time (babysitting a bonus but non-essential)
- Sole Charge, mainly
- Travel: No
- Driver: No (everything is within walking distance)
- Languages: Fluent English, any other language a bonus
- Pets: None
- Salary: £36,000 GPA
- Start date: End of February 2024
