LLR Business Operations Coordinator

Grade F (£27,363 - £30,693 p.a. pro rata)

About the Role

Do you thrive in an exciting and varied role in which no two days are the same? We are looking for a motivated, organised and analytical individual, who demonstrates a positive, can do attitude, to join our Libraries and Learning Resources (LLR) team as our Business Operations Coordinator. You will provide a proactive, effective and value-added business support service, and engage a diverse range of stakeholders with our service offer through the planning and coordination of marketing and promotional activity.

About you:

  • Business operations coordination experience at an appropriate level in a complex and dynamic organisation is essential.
  • You will have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, and will enjoy building effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • Youll be experienced in providing administrative support to senior members of staff, taking formal meeting minutes and tracking actions, and actively seeking improvements to processes.
  • You will have extensive experience of using Microsoft Office applications, in particular Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, to ensure the effective coordination of Business Operations.
  • Youll have experience of managing organisational social media channels, creating engaging content and monitoring performance, which may have been gained within employment or voluntary experience.

Working logically and proactively, with a strong customer service focus and the ability to manage a high volume of varied activities to deadlines, will be key to success in this role. If this sounds interesting, then this is a great opportunity for you to develop your career within our team.

The role will be based in Nottingham City Centre but may include visiting our sites in and around Nottingham, and a blend of on-campus and remote working will be possible.

You will be asked to complete a supporting statement of 500 words or less which outlines what you would bring to the role if successful, and to also provide details of your relevant prior experience. Please note that CVs will only be accepted if accompanied by supporting information, and submission of a CV alone will not be accepted.
