This opportunity could suit a recent Graduate, or an individual with a minimum of six months experience who has an interest in working in the Financial Services industry.
Our client is looking for an individual to join their loan and new business team, where you will work in a varied role, providing both administrative and telephone support.
This is initially a temporary position until April 2024, however, we are looking for an individual who can commit to a longer period.
The Individual:
- The individual needs to be a confident and friendly communicator
- Happy to be on the telephone
- Good written grammar
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident to learn new systems
The Role:
- Processing and onboarding Finance applications
- Ensuring all relevant compliance checks are completed i.e. obtaining ID checks, underwriting and fraudulent checks
- Responding to incoming calls from external parties
- Contacting customers and third parties for relevant information and / or for providing updates
- Providing settlement quotes when required
