Lobby Host/ Receptionist

Sodexo are on the look out for a Receptionist in Leopardstown! If you are a friendly and organised individual who could be the face of our prestigious corporate site and you are a master multi tasker, then we want to hear from you! Join us to create a positive first impression to our clients and visitors and be the heartbeat of our front desk!

What you’ll do: 

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling
Be the go-to person to providing information and assistance

What you bring:  

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in handling multi line phone systems
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
