Local Marketing Manager (North) – in a nutshell
We are looking for a super creative, energetic marketer to join the brand team as a regional Marketing Manager. You will connect brand, guest and commercials to amplify the Côte brand in our local markets. As the lynchpin between the marketing team and ops, not only will you bring to life the national brand campaigns on a local level you will use guest insight and knowledge, in conjunction with the brand marketing team to generate creative, stand out marketing to have a constant local drumbeat. Your proactive nature means you constantly seek out ways to put Côte in the heart of the local community, connecting the brand with its local consumers in exciting ways. You need to win the hearts and minds of the operations team, including the Ops Director, Area Managers and the General Managers on the ground – so being able to build strong relationships is key, bringing your natural communication style to bring all your stakeholders on board with your vision and ideas.
You will play an instrumental role in the evolution of Côte; the brand is undergoing a huge piece of brand transformation and Local Marketing will be at the forefront of connecting Côte with a new guest base – you’ll be brimming with ideas on how to cut through and get Côte noticed.
Locations
This role will cover the mighty North Region, occasion travel will be required for this position. Our head office is located in Kensington, London (W8 5DA)
The good stuff.
Annual salary per year of up to £40,000-£43,000 (dependent on experience), plus, you’ll be eligible for a discretionary bonus

The day job.
Responsible for writing and delivering the marketing strategy for the region which is aligned to the wider marketing strategy and business objectives.
Act as the voice of the guest within your region, understanding and bringing to life their needs for the ops team
Work closely with the data and finance team to deliver detailed analysis of all customer behavioural trends and sales data, and report this to the region
Meet sales targets by building Local Marketing campaigns in line with the national marketing strategy and adapting national content for the local market
Create a calendar of activity around seasonal launches, menu innovation and restaurant refurbs to drive footfall
Identify relevant local opportunities to put the brand in the heart of the community and generate positive brand engagement
Work with the digital ream to ensure optimum use of digital channels (PPC, CRM, social) to acquire new customers, or drive frequency among existing customers
Brief creative artworkers to create assets required for local activity
Develop and own influencer / partnership relationships for your region
Manage Local Marketing budget, being creative with marketing spend
Upskill management teams to ensure restaurants have their own marketing plans in place
